Weekend (“Weekend” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data and Anonymous Data we collect from users. Weekend Social Inc. built the Weekend Social Browser app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Weekend Social Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

 

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Information Collection and Use.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to phone number, email, avatar, search history and data, app usage statistics, comments written, comments liked, liked and disliked websites, website bookmarks. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

If you are located outside the U.S., by visiting or using the Weekend Platform and providing us with your Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be processed (1) for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy and (2) in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By providing your Personal Data, you consent to such transfer.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

9. Corporate Restructuring.

We may share your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction, or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of any part of our business or assets. In the event of our insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If a third party acquires our company, business, or assets, that third party will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

10. API and Integration Partners.

If you connect to the Weekend Social Browser through an integration with a non-Weekend Social Browser service, we may share information about your use of the Weekend Social Browser with that third party.

11. Push Notifications.

You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your mobile device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications might impact your use of the Weekend Social Browser (such as receiving a notification that your comment was responded to).

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated on one or more occasions for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here: http://www.Valetfix.com/privacy-weekend and we will change the “Last Revised” date above. We may supplement any such notices by notifying you through one or more other means, such as email or through the Weekend Social Browser. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
